Dr. Oz on Weight Loss

If you have never heard of Dr. Oz (and I’m not speaking about the Wizard of Oz), where have you been?

A regular on the Oprah show and famous for his YOU on a Diet Series (books), and many specials on the Discovery Health Channel, Dr. Oz reaches the average layperson with medical and health terminology that anyone can understand.  He also is great with demonstrating what is talking about with body parts that have been preserved.

I’ve included these videos on this site because everyone needs this information.  Americans are obese and need to get a reality check for their health.  With health care costs rising, the best solution, is to NOT get sick!  You are in control of your body and how you take care of it, so learn all you can on how to get health and lose weight if necessary.
